Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + ₹10,000 Performance Bonus

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for guiding students through their educational journey. It is a target based Job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on courses, admissions, and career paths.
• Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Drive revenue through effective B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
• Provide accurate information regarding course structure, fee, and eligibility.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in EdTech, admissions, or academic sales.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
