We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin/Receptionist & Travel Desk Executive to manage our front desk operations, office facilities, and travel logistics.
Experience: 2–3 years
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front office management – greeting visitors, handling calls, and courier coordination
2. Booking corporate flights, hotel suites, and transportation (domestic & international)
3. Managing visa processing, travel insurance, and travel-related documentation
4. Coordinating with vendors and overseeing facility maintenance
5. Supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring upkeep of office premises
6. Scheduling meetings and managing calendars and conference rooms
You bring:
1. Prior experience in corporate travel bookings (including suites and premium arrangements)
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
4. Experience in vendor management, maintenance coordination, and housekeeping supervision
5. Proficiency in MS Office and travel portals/tools
