Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The main focus of this role is to maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and by phone
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle calls, emails, and appointments professionally
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk or admin role
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and a team player
