Insight Direct India is seeking a proactive Manager, Presales to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in gathering the critical information needed to create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs). You'll lead and coordinate with Business Unit (BU) subject matter experts to define, scope, and price the components of SOWs and Change Requests, working hand-in-hand with the Sales Account Team when opportunities arise. About the Role As a Manager, Presales, you will: Liaise with onshore leaders on offshore opportunity identification, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration. Drive Sales Operations tracking , creating visibility and providing essential reporting. Lead Proposal and SOW Development , coordinating efforts across various Business Units. Be accountable for the opportunity assessment , ensuring thorough evaluation. Take responsibility for the bid/no-bid decision , making strategic choices for the organization. Lead Quick Expert Assessments (QEAs) with the business units to gather essential insights. Draft proposals with crucial input and support from the business units. Gather information for initial pricing and initial resourcing plans from the business units. Secure internal proposal reviews , ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Partner with the Sales Account team during the proposal review process with the client. Be responsible for SOW creation and approval (specifically the Scope Approval step). Coordinate the Sales to Delivery handoff , ensuring a smooth transition for projects. Perform important Pre-Sales Operations and Administration tasks . Be accountable for ensuring proper coding of opportunities through ClientLink . Be responsible for setting up client and opportunity collaboration sites . Set up the opportunity in Qorus . Be responsible for SOW review and approval (specifically the Pricing Approval step).
