Job Description

Administrative Responsibilities Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure regular maintenance. Handle petty cash management , including tracking expenses and maintaining records. Maintain important documents, records, and files . Oversee office housekeeping and security coordination to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Assist the HR team with tasks such as attendance tracking and employee onboarding . Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Assist in basic budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations. Order office inventories and assets Manage and verify company assets Plan and coordinate office events and meetings . Employee coordination on admin-related issues . Verify cash expenses and upload details on CostPE for tracking and reporting. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jodhpur Char Rasta, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
