As an Ad Sales Executive in our Bangalore office, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with clients and agencies. With 13 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or B2B ad sales, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching advertising solutions, and delivering tailored media solutions to meet client needs. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and connecting with potential clients, pitching advertising solutions across various platforms, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. You will also collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and MS Office tools is necessary. A proactive and goal-oriented approach is essential to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience working with agencies, media houses, or digital publishing platforms, as well as knowledge of media buying/selling metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA, will be advantageous. An existing network of clients in Bangalore or nearby regions is preferred.
