Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Praveen Lakshmi and Co. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial activities for our clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledger entries, financial statements, and general accounting functions.
• Managing the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for clients.
• Handling ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filings and payments for clients.
• Preparing and submitting Professional Tax (PT) filings.
• Assisting in various accounting and financial reporting tasks as directed by senior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of Income Tax Return filings, ROC filings, TDS filings, TDS payments, and PT filings.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
