We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and coordinate audits while overseeing a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge in Tally and GST

Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department

Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

Supervise and guide junior accountants/bookkeepers

Coordinate internal and external audits

Monitor budgets and control expenses

Liaise with banks, vendors, and tax consultants

Implement accounting systems and internal controls.
