Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

You will be responsible for maintaining internal controls, leading a high-performing team, and supporting key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting functions, including:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Payroll
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support the development of a team of accountants.
Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
