Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, reconciliations and book-keepings.
· Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing in Tally.
· Maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
· Prepare GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in financial reporting.
· Assist in costing, budgeting, expense management and MIS.
· Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
· Manage ESIC and PPF.
· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and other taxation rules.
· Experience in billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
· Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
· Additional certifications in Tally, GST, TDS, TCS or Taxation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
