Accountant - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Track project costs, process invoices, and monitor accounts payable/receivable
• Collaborate with project managers to evaluate financial progress and projections
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific financial guidelines
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
• Manage payroll for construction staff and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, lien waivers, and vendor payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum [X] years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Percentage of Completion method is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
