Job Title: Accounts Teacher Job Type: Full-time Education: B.Com/M.Com, B.Ed preferred Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Accounts Teacher to teach basic accounting concepts to students up to Class 10. The ideal candidate should be capable of laying a strong foundation in financial literacy, business fundamentals, and introductory accounting concepts. Key Responsibilities: Teach Accounts subjects (as per school curriculum) to students up to Class 10. Introduce students to the basics of accounting, money management, banking, budgeting, and business concepts. Prepare engaging lesson plans, assignments, and activities. Use real-life examples and case studies to make commerce relatable and practical. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in school functions, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings. Required Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting and commerce principles. Ability to teach young learners in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Classroom management and interactive teaching techniques. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com). B.Ed or diploma in education is preferred. Experience teaching school-level commerce or related subjects is a plus.
