Account Manager

You will be responsible for managing online portals and e-commerce accounts of clients. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product selection, and ensuring prompt resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue as needed. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with other departments, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and build client relations will be crucial in this role. A preferred educational background includes any Graduate or Post Graduate degree (BE/BBA/MBA). This is a full-time position based at our head office in Indore. If selected, your primary responsibilities will include retaining long-term consumer relationships, coordinating with the E-Commerce Manager to plan promotional offers and product discounts, and organizing e-commerce activities.
