Job Description

  • Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, Purchase Order, etc. in google sheet
  • Keep Bank Accounts up to date.
  • Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
  • Record all expenses in Zoho and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month in tally
  • Check monthly GST Data
  • Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a requirement basis.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
  • Assistance in Audit related tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,924.78 - ₹25,746.66 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
