Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and oversee financial transactions and accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client accounts and financial records.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding payments and account issues.
• Monitor account balances and ensure timely collections.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Handle correspondence related to accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,622.39 - ₹33,549.25 per month
