Job Description

Maintain Workmen monthly attendance statements, Leave Management, and Workmen Biometric System
Monthly reports (Hold Salary, Workmen List, IR Reports).
Workmen Joining I Release reports I Clearance Certificates, Process of resignation and Full & Final settlements.
Maintain All statutory registers of workmen like FORM A ,B,C,D {Form 13, 16, 17,20, 21, 22, 23).
Manpower Identification as per site requirements and Preparation of manpower reports to Management.
Maintaining Providing required Facilities at Workmen camp & Taking care of workmen welfare
Screening of all workmen and issuing of workmen identity cards that are working at site before starting the work and ensured no child workmen and blacklisted workmen at work site to the safety
Preparing Workmen Monthly wages . o Preparing workmen Monthly PF, ECR.
Preparing Workmen Bonus Statements.
Maintain Conveyance Vehicle Log sheets.
Monitoring Security at site and camp office.
Arrangement of Staff Bachelor Guest House accommodation, Agreements, etc.
Arrangement of Medical Facility for workmen and site labour
Vehicles maintenance and movements
Coordinating with local Govt employees an Police
Accessing of in I out gate passes for workers I Materials etc.
Management of Office Timings,
Monitoring of office assistants and security personnel.

Coordinating with Stores and Safety departments.
