Description
The Director at Accordion will own multiple client relationships and provide analytics-oriented thought partnership. You will oversee multiple project teams to facilitate delivery of high-quality analytics services and identify opportunities for deeper client engagement. As a Business Director (Healthcare) at Accordion, you will develop a thorough understanding of US-based healthcare clients" business challenges to proactively recommend analyses that can deliver results for the client. You will facilitate value addition to the client's business by driving the problem-solving process and bringing an independent perspective based on domain knowledge and past US healthcare experience. Additionally, you will regularly engage in peer level discussions with the C-Suite of client companies, to partner with them as a trusted analytics advisor. Your role will involve developing a robust knowledge of functional areas such as Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Operations, Value Based Care, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain etc. across healthcare and other relevant industries to provide relevant and actionable insights backed by robust analytics. Moreover, you will facilitate people development and proactively ensure that the development agenda is fulfilled for all team members. Utilizing your domain expertise in healthcare analytics, you will support business development efforts, providing insights and thought leadership to potential clients. You will also play a key role in the onboarding of new healthcare projects and act as a subject matter expert on engagements. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing the healthcare-related knowledge base of the organization by driving internal initiatives in partnership with the Knowledge Management and Learning & Development teams. Ideally, you will possess an Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges, while an MBA degree from top-tier colleges is preferred. Strong analytical reasoning & problem-solving capabilities to identify patterns, draw insights, and recommend solutions are crucial for this role. You should have the ability to share complex thoughts and tailor written and verbal communication based on the context. Strong project management and multi-tasking skills are essential to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience in a client-facing/professional services environment will be advantageous. Knowledge of revenue cycle management, value-based care concepts, US Healthcare Provider technology architecture, and cloud platforms will be a plus.
