Job Title: Program Advisor Experience Required: 1+ Year Location: [Koramangala Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Program Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in counseling, sales, education, or customer service. The ideal candidate will guide prospective learners through our program offerings, help them identify the right course for their goals, and support them throughout the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information about programs, admissions, fees, schedules, and career outcomes to prospective students via phone, email, or video. Counsel potential candidates to help them choose the right program based on their goals and qualifications. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert interest into enrollments. Maintain CRM records and ensure timely documentation of all communication. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive learner experience. Support enrolled students with queries and act as their point of contact until course commencement. Meet weekly/monthly targets for enrollments or consultations, as defined by management.
