Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Pune
Working Days & Timings: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in EdTech/Academic Counseling/Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication is a must
Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor who will be responsible for guiding and converting leads into admissions for UG & PG online courses. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a student-centric approach.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students over calls, emails, and online platforms about available UG/PG programs
• Understand student needs and guide them to choose the right course based on their career goals
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closures of enrollments
• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and conversions
• Work towards achieving weekly/monthly admission targets
• Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for enrolled students

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling or telesales (preferably EdTech)
• Freshers with excellent spoken English and a passion for counseling can apply
• Must be target-oriented, energetic, and self-driven
• Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
