Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule - Morning shift (Monday to Saturday )

Role Overview

IIFT Bhopal is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to support students in their academic journey, guiding course selection, facilitating admissions, and contributing to student placement. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic counselling: Assist walk-in and call inquiries, guide students in course selection and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Counsel prospective students and assist in course selection based on academic and career goals
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective guidance.
• Assist in organising academic workshops, career counselling sessions.
• Manage office supplies, documentation, and records related to student counselling.

Preferred Profile

• Background in customer support, telesales, or marketing is a strong plus.
• Candidates from CBSE or ICSE academic backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
