Job Title: Academic Counselor
Location: Noida
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 in hand (based on last salary & interview)

Job Description:
We’re hiring Academic Counselors for our Noida office. The role involves counseling prospective students and assisting them in enrolling for our UG/PG online programs.

Responsibilities:

• Sell UG/PG courses through calls and online channels
• Guide students on course selection and admission process
• Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of all communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably EdTech)
• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
