Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students in selecting suitable academic courses, offering career guidance, and supporting them throughout their educational journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-focused mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic goals and career paths.
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses or programs based on their interests and qualifications.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents to address queries and offer ongoing support.
• Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
• Keep records of student interactions and follow up as needed.
• Participate in student engagement activities and events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and address students’ academic and career concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in academic counseling or student support roles is an added advantage.
