Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and result-driven Counsellors who will be the first point of contact for students and parents seeking guidance on test prep courses offered by T.I.M.E. The ideal candidate must be able to understand student needs, suggest suitable programs, and assist with the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students and parents regarding various courses (CAT, GATE, GRE, GMAT, Bank, etc.)
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries and conversions in the system.
• Coordinate with faculty and centre managers for scheduling demo sessions and course delivery.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, college events, and info-sessions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Enrollment and sales targets.
• Provide post-enrollment support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
• A student-focused attitude with a passion for education and mentoring.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of educational/test prep sector is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA / B. Com / BA / BE/MBA)
• Experience: 0–3 years in a sales/counseling/customer service role.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an eagerness to learn are welcome.
