Role Highlights: Generate walk-ins through outbound calls and follow-ups Counsel students on Fashion, Interior & Graphic Design courses (UG/PG/Diploma) Maintain lead database and ensure lead conversion Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns & events Qualifications ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling or education sales ✅ Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English ✅ Strong communication, follow-up, and conversion skills ✅ Graduate in any discipline Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
