Job Description

Role & responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers. Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and select qualified candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment processes, and hiring metrics. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 4 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment or talent acquisition.
