Secondary +POSITION TITLE: 3D Designer (Exterior) DIVISION / DEPARTMENT: Design Application POSITION SUMMARY: Maintaining the Design sheet & its priorities. Discussion with clients & making designs as per the requirements with help of some software. So that client can visualize how their building will look after applying our product. With this service client's get more satisfied with the product application & its view, It's also encourage the existing client's to expand our product & services with the more people. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities : Lead Time for the projects in accordance to TAT mentioned. Taking feedback of clients through the respective sales person. Discussion with clients and understanding their requirements. Getting project details & keeping the projects in folder for designing. Creating 3D Model with 3ds Software. Applying client's requirements if any or own in 3D model. Creating Texturing and setting environment as per model required. Setting up for the rendering view and options. Post Production of rendered images with Photoshop. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Check the minimal educational background, certification and license required to competently perform the essential responsibilities of the job. Secondary + Higher Secondary + Diploma or equivalent experience (indicate specific field, eg. Diploma Civil Engineering) or Bachelor's degree (indicate specific field (B. Arch) / Bachelor of Engineering ((indicate specific field, eg. Bachelor Civil Engineering) or Any Graduate + ITI ( As per relevant) / or any other relevant course. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-3 years of experience required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job. SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Compulsory : Autodesk AutoCad (A Drafting Software) Autodesk 3Ds Max (A Modeling & Rendering software) Google Sketchup. (A Modeling & Rendering software) V Ray (Advanced Rendering Software) Adobe Photoshop (A graphic Software) Desirable: Adobe Corel Draw (A graphic Software) Autodesk Revit Architecture Cyber Security Course Front-End Web Development SUPERVISION The position does not have any regular responsibility for overseeing or supervising the work of other employees*
