Description We are seeking an experienced Chargehand - Ducting to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will oversee duct installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate duct installation work on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Assist in planning and scheduling tasks for the team. Train and mentor junior staff and new hires in ducting techniques. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to ductwork installation. Maintain accurate records of work progress and materials used. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in ducting installation and supervision (2-10 years). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork design. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction sites. Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
