Job Responsibilities 1.1 In charge of overall NPI & MP Quality team development (including: PQE/SQE/PQC/QS/c-ORT)； 1.2 Plan/Manage the overall TQM quality system ; 1.3 Take overall duties of clients/customers service (keep close communication&collaboration) ; 1.4 Drive and mointor the quality activities on new business/new technical skills/new manufacture process/trial-production(NPI build)/mass production(MP) ; 1.5 Cross functional management, collaborate with other engineering function teams ; 1.6 Manage multi-projects from end to end, including progress tracking & project quality. (From NPI to MP) Skill Requirements 1.1. At least 10 years working experiences (prefer QA management experiences) on relative industries such as on SMT/PCBA/FPCA/Computer/IPC/Consumer Electr+T7:U7onics Manufacture/Semi-Conductor, etc… 1.2 Possess independently lead/manage the whole Quality team on new product (NPI) trial-production/mass production(MP) ability 1.3 Possess professional knowledge on SMT & Test equipments and processes 1.4 Organize and host the various meeting base on clients request 1.5 Define, improve and promote working framework or protocol for NPI Quality team 1.6 Dentifies problems, provides/facilitates the creation of options and recommendations and uses initiative to drive solutions.
