Job Description

Looking for a Zonal Sales Manager who has handled the Gujarat as well as Maharashtra regions and is based in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned zone, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the zone. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing programs. Performance Management: Set and track sales targets for the zone, ensuring accountability and progress towards goals. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Manage the zonal budget and ensure efficient resource allocation. Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards. Keep abreast of new product developments, competitor offerings, and market trends. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in team management and development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, key stakeholders, and product launches.
