Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of

    Regional Sales Managers (2nd line)

    and their respective

    Area Sales Managers/Executives (1st line)

    across the zone.
  • Develop and implement zonal business strategies to achieve revenue, productivity, and market share targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive field execution excellence through structured reviews, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure effective territory management, beat planning, and coverage optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, credit, and risk teams to support business goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policy guidelines across the zone.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and capability development of the zonal sales team.
