Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to plan zonal growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and brand positioning. People Management: Ability to inspire, coach, and manage cross-functional, multi-location teams. Execution Excellence: Strong on-ground activation experience, especially in market engagement and BTL marketing. Data Orientation: Proficient in using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and MIS tools for performance tracking.
