As a Zoho CRM Specialist at our company, you will be an integral part of our team with a focus on implementing and customizing Zoho Suite solutions. With at least 2 years of experience in Zoho Suite implementation and customization, you will leverage your expertise to optimize business processes using Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Bigin, and optionally Zoho Analytics. Your key responsibilities will include implementing, configuring, and customizing Zoho CRM to meet specific business needs, managing and optimizing various Zoho One applications such as CRM, Creator, and Bigin, automating workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing utilizing Zoho tools, integrating WordPress with Zoho CRM through Zoho Flow, designing and executing landing pages connected to Zoho CRM and marketing automation, customizing CRM modules, and automating document generation using Zoho Writer and Zoho Sign. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to analyze business data using Zoho Analytics and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver Zoho-based solutions. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience with Zoho CRM and related Zoho apps, a strong understanding of Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho Writer, familiarity with marketing automation tools within the Zoho ecosystem, experience in integrating WordPress with Zoho platforms, the ability to automate workflows and generate dynamic documents, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you have experience in custom app development or web technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, knowledge of automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and N8N, and prior experience working in a software development or SaaS company.
