Additionally, you will learn and apply generative AI tools for content creation, translate complex brand concepts into engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is brimming with creative ideas and can bring them to life efficiently. You should have a strong grasp of visual storytelling, fashion, trends, and youth culture. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment with minimal supervision is essential, along with owning a high-performance laptop. Possessing a camera, phone gimbal, or shoot setup is a bonus. The compensation for this internship includes a base stipend of 5,000/month and an incentive bonus of up to 5,000/month based on achieving content performance benchmarks such as reach, engagement, video turnaround speed, and growth metrics reviewed monthly. As the face of our content, you will delve into the latest trends and news relevant to young audiences across the gaming, esports, anime, music, and youth culture sectors.
