KAIZEN Ideas and POKA YOKE implementation WHY-Why Analysis, CAPA Line Balancing & Cycle time reduction Proven skills in enhancing production process, optimising resource & capacity utilisation, escalating operational efficiencies. Familiar with SAP production Module IATF & VSA documentation & Implementation Good exposure to process documents like WIS, skill matrix , FMEA, Action plan, OEE calculation, Control Plan. Abele to make & maintain Dept. MIS, Production repots. Cost Saving through process improvement. Maintain 5S on Shop floor. Achieve production targets as per plan.
