As a Lead Developer with 8 to 11 years of overall IT experience, you will be responsible for leading the development team in implementing Magento 2.0 eCommerce solutions. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience with PHP and 2 years experience with Magento 2.0, along with strong integration and architectural knowledge of the Magento platform. Your role will involve building low-level designs, guiding the development team on technical approaches, and preparing custom solutions for prospects/clients. You will participate in pre & post-sales activities such as technical scoping, requirements gathering, and solution creation & review. Additionally, you will support sales by responding to RFIs/RFPs and articulating the omni-channel commerce value proposition. To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, expert PHP and Object-Oriented Programming skills, and experience with open-source LAMP/LEMP stack, particularly PHP and MySQL. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, XML/XSL, SOAP, REST, AJAX, and CSS3 is preferred. A strong understanding of Design Patterns and the ability to work well with individuals of all levels and backgrounds are essential for this position. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, or Gurugram, with a notice period of 0 to 45 days.
