Role & responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms (Adaptive and Interactive Forms) . Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems, REST/SOAP web services , and third-party platforms. Develop custom components, templates, and workflows using AEM Forms and AEM Sites when needed. Implement form validations , custom client-side scripting, and dynamic behavior using JavaScript. Manage form lifecycles, including versioning, rendering, submission handling, and storage. Debug and troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and optimize form performance. Preferred candidate profile : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Forms (preferably on AEM 6.5 or higher). Strong knowledge of Adaptive Forms , XFA-based forms , and Interactive PDF Forms . Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and AEM development frameworks . Proficient in using AEM Workflows, OSGi services, Sling Models, and JCR . Experience integrating AEM Forms with RESTful APIs, databases , and other enterprise systems. Familiarity with authentication and form submission security (CAPTCHA, SSO, encryption). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). AEM Forms Developer Certification is a plus.
