You will be responsible for imparting knowledge to the workforce at the site regarding WTG and downstream electrical equipment installation, commissioning procedures, and quality checks. Additionally, you will need to have experience in renewables plant-related electrical equipment testing and handover processes, as well as knowledge in testing and SCADA communications. Your role will involve developing training content for project-related trainings, conducting current skill level assessments, and delivering trainings to address any skill gaps. You will also be required to provide structured training to new joiners based on the capabilities needed for their specific job roles. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to keep records of trainings, maintain management information systems (MIS), and share training reports. Frequent travel to sites will be necessary for training delivery purposes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 8-14 years of experience. A PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable plant commissioning, as well as electrical substation and switchyard commissioning.,

Role & responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee the inbound transportation of Solar module and wind turbine components including blades, nacelles, towers, and hubs from ports or manufacturing locations to the project site. Monitor logistics and delivery schedules to ensure project timelines are met. Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, transporters, customs agents, and internal teams for smooth movement of goods. Oversee unloading, internal transport, and storage of components at the site. Conduct site inspections to ensure unloading areas and access roads are prepared and safe. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Maintain proper documentation of all logistics activities and ensure accurate reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues that may impact project delivery.

Role & responsibilities Preparing schedule for current projects as per WBS and activity along with the tracking of same. WTG material management to maximum utilization of crane package, coordination with store team to ensure the availability of WTG material. Scheduling & monitoring HOTO of WTGs along with internal quality, third party and customers. Responsible for Handing Over of WTGs from Projects to O&M with HOTO certification-Internal & Customers. Training on different Mechanical Quality Standards for contractors. Material inspection with quality and customer.

Operation & Maintenance of WTG. Proactively identify the areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools and guidance of superior. Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Generation Report and Daily Time Report regarding generation & breakdowns (DGR, DTR, WGR MGR). Coordination with other teams and department for smooth operations of the site.

Preferred candidate profile Experience :- Minimum 8 years. Education Qualification :- Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Industrial).
