Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Gurugram & Bangalore Experience: 8-12 years (Fashion/Textile Sales & Supply Chain) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role its mission to revolutionize how fashion businesses source fabrics globally. As we open our new Fabric Experience Studio & Regional Hub in Gurgaon , were looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth, operations and customer relationships across the bustling Delhi NCR market. This studio isnt just a showroom. Its a regional hub combining live fabric experiences, sourcing intelligence, and on-ground sales strategy . Youll be the principal incharge , building and nurturing a team that redefines fabric sourcing for brands, designers, buying houses and manufacturers in the region. What Youll Do l Lead & Manage: Head our Gurgaon Studio & Delhi NCR operations. Manage a team of 5 field sales executives & sourcing specialists . Drive a high-performance culture focused on targets & customer delight. l Grow Business: Build and execute aggressive regional sales strategies to acquire fashion brands, manufacturers, buying houses & boutique labels. Track pipelines, conversions, repeat orders, and market expansion plans. l Be the Face of Fabriclore: Represent us in the entire Northern India’s fashion ecosystem—at exhibitions, mills, designer meets, and industry events. Foster deep relationships with key accounts. l Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth functioning of the studio: sampling, swatching, buyer meetings & B2B walk-ins. Ensure alignment with central sourcing teams to guarantee fast & accurate deliveries. l Insights & Market Intelligence: Share regular market feedback, trends & customer insights to shape product curation and future initiatives. What We’re Looking For 8–12 years of progressive experience in textile/fashion B2B sales & supply chain . Strong existing network with fashion brands, exporters, manufacturers, boutique labels, and fabric buyers in Delhi NCR. Experience managing teams—mentoring, motivating, and driving sales targets. A solid grip on fabric types, garmenting supply chains, and pricing dynamics . Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Data-driven, strategic thinker who can execute ground-level plans with precision. Position Overview: The Manager Fabric Sourcing is responsible for managing the procurement of quality fabrics required for garment production. This role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to meet production schedules while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. Sourcing & Procurement: • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with fabric suppliers and mills locally and internationally. • Research market trends and innovations to source fabrics that meet design and production requirements. • Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Production teams to establish and facilitate fabric developments, counter-sourcing, production flow and delivery completion. • Analyse fabric developments for quality or testing-related call-outs and come up with proposals for improvement.
