Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage daily operations, oversee technicians, ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and allocate work to technicians. Ensure quality repairs and timely service. Maintain workshop tools and safety compliance. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues. Communicate with customers and manage service records. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in an automotive workshop, with supervisory experience. Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
