Job Description: 1. No of ambulance received at workshop (Off-road via SVS only) 2. No of ambulance delivered from Workshop 3. Weekly pending of ambulance at workshop. (As per aging less than 7 days, more than 7 days & more than 15 days) 4. Total cost of spares, Lubricants and outside other repairs like Injector, FIP, Turbo repairs, Lathe jobs repairs, Refurbishment repairs. (Total amount and per ambulance wise) 5. Total cost of scrap sale Monthly basis (provided at month end) 6. Turn Around Time (per ambulance average. Ambulance In Date & Time to ambulance physically delivered from workshop- Out Date & Time) 7. Maximum consumed TAT ambulance VRN & District Wise Details (Reason of delay TAT) 8. No of Repeat Repairs ambulances – VRN & District Wise Details (Reason for Repeat Repairs) 9. No of Revisit Repairs ambulances – VRN & District Wise Details (Reason for Revisit Repairs) 10. No of Trigger generations in SVS (Parameters, VRN, District Wise) 11. Any good Practice started at workshop which need to be shared.
