As a Tax Deputy Manager at EisnerAmper Advisory Group, you will be a key member of our Financial Services Tax practice. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S./Global taxation, you will lead end-to-end tax assignments and compliance work related to Partnerships (Form 1065). Your responsibilities will include reviewing tax returns and workpapers in accordance with U.S. Tax Law, managing and mentoring a small team within the tax cluster, and serving as the first-level escalation point for technical queries. Maintaining client communication for quality delivery, supporting senior management in execution, and evaluating team performance will be crucial aspects of your role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, hands-on experience in Funds-of-Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Venture Capital taxation, and strong team leadership and technical review capabilities. While not mandatory, a professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent would be a plus. Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and global stakeholders as well as in financial services-oriented tax firms will be advantageous. In this role, you will work in a 4 Days Work From Office mode with Monday and Friday being mandatory in-office days. The shift timings are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, and you must be flexible during peak seasons.
