As a Workforce Services Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a key role in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring the best possible resolutions for dissatisfied customers. Your responsibilities will also include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, driving corporate initiatives, delivering metrics, and optimizing the performance of the group through continuous interaction with clients and stakeholders. You will design and implement strategies to assist clients in growing and acquiring customers effectively. Leading a highly engaged team focused on data and insight-driven resourcing aligned with future workforce strategies will be one of your core responsibilities. You will establish and maintain effective client relationships in Planning, understanding their mission, vision, goals, and changes to help them achieve success. Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders for the sites and products under your purview will be crucial, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and proactive gap mitigation between supply and demand. Your role will involve sharing client objectives with planning teams, identifying support opportunities, and resolving conflicts effectively. It is essential to ensure that team outputs are compelling, accurate, relevant, and consistent by enhancing performance through process improvements and resource maximization. With over 10 years of experience in end-to-end workforce management, you must exhibit a strong sense of personal stake, urgency, and the ability to forge positive relationships with clients and operational teams. Adaptability, multitasking abilities, and a penchant for driving projects and improvement opportunities in a challenging environment are key characteristics for success in this role. Proficiency in basic arithmetic, statistical concepts, logical reasoning, and mathematical calibration skills is desired. Your problem-solving approach should be perceptive, thorough, and decisive, supported by excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination with various functional heads and teams. Proficiency in tools like POWER APPS, Visual Basic, Data Analysis, and Power Query will be beneficial in your role. You will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, and understand the strategic direction set by senior management to align team goals accordingly. Your primary interactions will be with supervisors, team leads, peers, and management levels both within Accenture and at client sites. This role may involve working in rotational shifts and requires active participation in action and strategic planning processes to establish annual objectives and goals. You will collaborate closely with planning coordinators from the client side, ensuring the delivery of all contracts and SLAs, managing internal and external audits, and overseeing the development of resources within your span of control.,
