About the role: We're looking for an experienced IAM Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role focuses on ForgeRock Access Management (AM) support, including incident handling, problem management, and change control, while ensuring high system performance and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Provide L3 support for ForgeRock AM, including incident, problem, and change management Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues Coordinate with customer teams and act as the primary IAM contact onsite Handle application onboarding, SSO integration, and workflow customization Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance Generate reports and documentation on IAM operations Develop scripts, rules, and workflows for automation Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of IAM support experience with ForgeRock OpenAM Hands-on experience in large-scale IAM environments Good understanding of Java, SQL, REST APIs, Active Directory/LDAP Exposure to SailPoint IIQ (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer handling experience

Must have experience in SAP MDG projects, performing MDG Configurations and Customizations in areas like Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Data Replication Framework, Key Mapping, rules, and derivations, BRF+ Should have expertise in SAP MDG configurations, replication configurations and have technical knowledge of MDG workflows and ERP tables Full life cycle implementation cycle with blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go live experience Should have technical knowledge and hands on experience on customization for MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager, WDABAP, BRF+ Should have hands on development in BADI ABAP, Knowledge on WDABAP framework-based customizations, OOPs programming in SAP MDG, FPM and UI customizations Should have worked with the technical teams to complete the SAP MDG implementation for Material, Customer, Supplier and FI objects

Project description We are looking for a skilled Payments Avaloq Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of payment solutions within the Avaloq ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain payment processing systems that align with business requirements. Your expertise in Avaloq scripting and payment workflows will be key to delivering efficient and secure solutions. Responsibilities Participation in implementation of Avaloq Core Banking Platform Analyzing requirements and designing software solutions Writing business and technical specifications Performing parameterization and customization of various core banking software modules Designing and developing user interfaces Designing and executing manual and automated test cases Providing technical expertise and support for internal and external stakeholders Skills Avaloq Certification (valid or expired) At least 5+ years of Avaloq parametrization experience in the Payments module Participation in multiple Avaloq Core Banking Platform implementations in the business Ability to develop high level software designs and solutions Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving Ability to articulate complex technical issues to business stakeholders High customer orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English. Key Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand procurement and supplier collaboration requirements. Configure and implement SAP SRM modules including Procurement, Sourcing, SUS, Contract Management, and Catalog Management . Integrate SRM with SAP MM, FI, and external supplier systems. Provide support for SRM processes including shopping cart creation, sourcing, approvals, PO generation, and invoicing . Customize workflows and approval processes based on business needs. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide user training, system documentation, and ongoing production support. Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis, security) for issue resolution and solution delivery.
