Your expertise in Workday allows you to comprehend the roadmap and serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking guidance on Workday adoption. Drawing from your background, you possess the skills to define a compelling Business Case for Transformations and conduct Return on Investment (RoI) calculations effectively. Your previous roles as a Solution Architect and Design Authority have equipped you with the ability to provide advisory services, including Product selection, Value realization, and Fit Gap Assessment for ERPs. Your collaborative approach involves working closely with clients to identify challenges, formulate IT strategies, propose architecture solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in for your recommendations. Taking ownership of sales pipeline activities, you independently lead proposals related to Finance and Multi-function Workday engagements. In line with driving innovation, you aim to revolutionize the consulting industry by developing key Assets and Accelerators that support Clients in their digital transformation journey. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in leading and executing Workday engagements across various implementation approaches, understanding client business processes, identifying pain points, evaluating solution options, and assessing organizational structures. Furthermore, your role involves driving sales pipeline activities, including Business Development and Proposal creation, and staying updated on digital finance technologies that enhance business processes. As a skilled professional with a solid technical background and a profound understanding of system functionality, you will play a pivotal role in supporting user operations and production, ensuring seamless execution of system enhancements and maintenance activities. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, analyzing, and maintaining Workday integrations with third-party and downstream systems to facilitate smooth data flow. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting data migration initiatives related to acquisitions and divestitures, collaborating with various stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate design options, and configure, test, and deploy integration solutions. Providing guidance and best practices to end users for integration-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues within the Workday environment, and assisting the HR Technology team in configuring and testing integrations will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio is essential, along with preferred certifications in Workday Integrations and Workday Studio. Exposure to SAP and Workday implementations would be advantageous. Critical thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple client requests, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role. The job requires you to be hybrid in Indore and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday. You should also be comfortable working in the US EST Time zone. The work schedule is Monday to Friday in a US shift with weekend availability. Relocation to Indore Sudamanagar, Madhya Pradesh is necessary.
