Configure SAP PP/QM modules based on business needs and project requirements. Strong knowledge of SAP PP (Discrete & Process Manufacturing) and QM configuration. Experience in MRP, Work Center, Routing, BOM, Production Orders, and Inspection Lots. Hands-on experience in SAP QM processes like quality inspection, notifications, and quality certificates. Prior experience in S/4HANA environments is highly desirable. Support full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. Ensure integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PM. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation. We are hiring a Sr SAP PP QM Consultant for a 6-month full-time onsite contract role in Ahmedabad. The candidate must have 610 years of experience in SAP PP & QM support, with expertise in data modeling, RICEF developments, QM configuration, production planning, order management, and vendor evaluation processes. Responsibilities include working with SAP add-on technologies, SDLC for RICEF objects, cross-functional solution design, and CAPA management workflows. Strong hands-on in Quality Planning, Quality Notifications, Process Orders, Batch Management, and integration with LIMS. Immediate joiners only.

Should be able to design and configure Demand Management, MRP and Shop floor control process and able to design and configure the processes in Inspection Planning, Results processing, Certificate management, Notifications, Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities. Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool and strong Knowledge on the RICEFW objects Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes. Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions Excellent Client interaction, communication and Documentation skills.
