Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team at a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining the company's internal and external websites. As a Web Developer, you will collaborate with the marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure the company's online presence is efficient, user-friendly, and aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Website Development : Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications that meet company needs. UI/UX Design : Ensure that websites are optimized for user experience, ensuring smooth navigation and appealing design. Front-End Development : Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Back-End Development : Work with back-end technologies and frameworks to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the website. Testing & Debugging : Test websites across different browsers and platforms to ensure functionality and compatibility, and troubleshoot any issues. SEO Optimization : Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and IT to develop solutions tailored to business needs. Maintenance : Regularly update and improve website functionality based on feedback and changing business requirements. Security : Ensure the websites and applications are secure and meet industry standards. Performance Monitoring : Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to ensure fast loading times and better user engagement. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Web Developer , with a portfolio showcasing previous projects (preferably in manufacturing or similar industries). Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Understanding of SEO best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills : Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.). Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies . Work Environment : The job is based in Hyderabad at the companys office. You will be required to work 6 days a week , from Monday to Saturday. The working hours are typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
