You are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Production & Quality Control Supervisor to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in conducting quality checks throughout different production stages, particularly in wood and powder-coated products. It is essential for the candidate to possess the skill to interpret technical drawings effectively. Your responsibilities will include operating various measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy, reading and understanding technical/engineering drawings, conducting incoming quality checks on raw materials, monitoring production processes for quality issues, overseeing the powder coating process, understanding wooden material characteristics, inspecting wooden surfaces for paint and polish application, and performing final quality control checks before dispatch. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in quality control or production supervision, preferably in the retail furniture or fixtures industry. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of measuring tools and QC standards, the ability to interpret engineering/dimensional drawings, familiarity with woodwork and powder coating processes, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and team coordination abilities. This is a full-time position located at the Factory, reporting to the Production/Quality Manager. The job offers Provident Fund as a benefit.,
