Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior SEO Executive with proven agency-side experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all three key pillars of SEOOn-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO—and have successfully handled multiple client projects across different industries. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy Development: Plan, develop, and execute custom SEO strategies for client websites across industries. On-Page Optimization: Perform site audits and implement recommendations (meta tags, URL structure, content optimization, internal linking, etc.) Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly content and user experience. Off-Page SEO: Build and manage high-quality backlinks using white-hat techniques. Develop outreach strategies to gain authority links and improve domain reputation. Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits (crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, page speed, indexing issues, etc.) Coordinate with developers to implement necessary technical fixes. Reporting & Analytics: Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Provide monthly reports and insights to clients or account managers. Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency. (In-house experience will not be considered for this role.) Expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO with a successful track record. Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to create and present SEO performance reports confidently. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc. Knowledge of local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO is a plus.

Purpose of the Role The Web Development and Digital Optimisation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of Daikin's Digital and E-Commerce Strategies. This position focuses on website administration, SEO implementation, supporting the development of web applications and digital frameworks. The role enhances digital touchpoints, optimises website performance, and supports data-driven decision-making to boost user engagement and business growth. Role & responsibilities Website Administration & Development (Wix) Manage and enhance the website by implementing updates and optimisations to improve user experience and performance. Implement SEO recommendations, including copy updates, technical SEO improvements, and structural enhancements. Support content management, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Product strategies. Work closely with the Digital & E-Commerce Manager to analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and E-Commerce performance, providing insights that inform website improvements and enhance user experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external development agencies to ensure website stability and enhancements. Search Engine Optimisation & Conversion Rate Optimisation Action the implementation of Daikin's SEO strategy in collaboration with the external SEO agency to improve organic visibility and rankings. Report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other CRO platforms, providing insights to inform optimisations. Analyse competitor websites to benchmark best practices and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed on SEO and CRO trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to support continuous website improvements. Digital Performance & Web Application Support Support the development and implementation of web applications and digital frameworks to improve user engagement and business insights. Assist in building and refining digital tools that track and analyse user behaviour across digital platforms. Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing platforms and technologies. Analyse digital performance metrics to enhance user experience, lead management, and conversion strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and customer interactions. Key Competencies Technical Competencies Previous experience with WIX and Wix Studio. Experience managing and building WIX sites. Knowledge of Wix CMS and dynamic pages using Collections. Strong experience building HTML/CSS across major browsers while minimizing load times. Strong experience in JavaScript for front-end customisations (JavaScript ES6+). Working knowledge and previous experience with Wix Velo (Corvid) for developing and managing custom functionality in Wix. Expertise in implementing tracking tools such as Google Analytics or custom event tracking systems compatible with Wix. Proficiency in front-end development with HTML 5, CSS, and jQuery. Integration experience with Salesforce, particularly the Lead Object and API functionality (RESTful APIs, etc.). Can present digital solutions confidently, using wireframes, prototypes, or dashboards to support ideas. Working knowledge of SEO principles, particularly technical SEO (metadata, schema markup, etc.). Experience in website administration and managing CMS platforms. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on-page SEO, and conversion rate optimisation. Familiarity with website and e-commerce performance tracking and analytics. Working knowledge and experience developing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus. Experience designing user interfaces (UI) featuring interactive elements, animated elements, and adhering to design principles such as white space, simplicity, chunking, proximity, weight, context, visual cues, signposts, focus, and conventions. Good to have: PHP, Ajax, and MySQL knowledge, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills, experience with XML and modern source control (Git), knowledge of SEO and SEM, experience working with tools & libraries like jQuery, CSS grids, HTML5 Boilerplate, WordPress starter themes such as Bones, Modernizer, and third-party APIs. Behavioural Competencies Highly developed teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions. Demonstrates a strong ability to translate business goals and user needs into practical digital solutions Preferred candidate profile 3- 6 years of experience in a digital support (techno-functional), website administration, or a similar role. Proven experience in SEO implementation and website management. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting digital performance metrics. Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital lead generation is desirable. Proven experience in developing business requirement documents, validating scope with Digital software and tools and building them.
