Your primary role will involve providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will need to coordinate with the client on a daily basis and offer technical support via call, email, and chat applications. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduation degree with all mark sheets and degree certificates. The job location is in Chandigarh & Mohali, and the salary offered is 20k in-hand. Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills in the English language are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule involves night shifts with a shift allowance.
