Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for Wintel server environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to optimize system performance and security.
Develop and implement system configurations, updates, and patches.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Participate in on-call support rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Assist in the design and deployment of new Wintel solutions and upgrades.

What we look for

Minimum 6 years of experience in Wintel system administration and support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving server hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
